Incredible house at the top of Tartaruga with 3 suites with air conditioning and views of the mountains and bay of Praia da Armação e Ossos, in Búzios. Modern and recently redecorated, it has an integrated living room and kitchen that make the environment welcoming. Games room on the lower floor with a pool table and also a gas barbecue for leisure moments. Grassy backyard with access via the entrance or suites. Fully walled house, excellent for pets.

The house does not have access stairs, only a ramp.

The side staircase leads from the suites to the grassy backyard. The house itself is completely flat.

The house is on a hill, on a stone-paved street. The climb of approximately 150 meters is not recommended for elderly people or people with limited mobility to do it walking. For this specific group of guests we recommend going up and down by car.
