On the block from the house you will have markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars and also Rua das Pedras, famous postcard and the beach. Despite the large tourist movement in the center, the house is in a quiet and residential dead-end street.

It is possible to park on the dead end street, with due care not to disturb the residents and on the main street, which has a rotary. And on the block there are 3 private parking lots, which vary the daily price from 10 reais (low season) to 25/30 reais (high season).
